4. Reflection and evaluation

After completing each learning activity, it is important that you take the time to reflect on what you have learnt, what you will do differently, how you will apply what you have learnt, and what possible further education you may need.

Ask yourself the following questions:

• what did I learn?
• what skills will I apply in my practice?
• did I fulfil my learning objective?
• do I have any further learning needs as a result of this activity?

Once you've completed your reflection, add your comments to your CPDPR.

Tip: Complete your reflections as soon as you’ve finished the activity, while the learning is fresh in your mind.
