Those of us who work within this jurisdiction look forward to the biennial NZLS CLE Employment Law conference. The conference consistently delivers intellectual debate, thoughtful and practical advice, and the opportunity to interact socially with friends and colleagues.
This year’s conference will be no exception. We have a list of experienced practitioners who have promised quality papers which address the hard issues, and presentations that ensure that delegates leave the conference with up-to-date and useful information they can apply in practice. We also have four of the five Employment Court Judges speaking, including Judge Travis as our keynote speaker. It is great to have the judges involved and they are sure to bring a useful perspective to many of the issues that will be addressed at the conference.
The programme will be thought-provoking and informative and will offer valuable insights to both those who are developing an expertise in the area, and those who are well practiced within it.
