During a relatively short seminar, we will be discussing the more important parts of a lengthy new Act - the Property Law Act 2007 (“the Act”), which replaces the Property Law Act 1952 (“the 1952 Act”), and which will come into force on 1 January 2008.
This booklet is not intended to be a comprehensive manual, but aims to provide a “heads up” on those provisions of the Act that will impact most on day-to-day practice.
