Public Sector Governance - change and stability

Public Sector Governance - change and stability
Add to CPD Planner

From the chair

Serving the public interest (however conceived) demands imagination, courage and accountability. What will robust legal frameworks – ones that can embrace much-needed innovation – look like in practice? How will governance structures adapt resiliently to the challenges of change? What will all this mean for those of us who advise public institutions? How will public lawyers be both enabled and disrupted by rapidly emerging technologies? And how do we continue to navigate the complex dynamics of modern governance with integrity?

The discussions of the day will be informed by the deep understanding and hands-on experience of experts. They bring rich perspectives and divergent insights on all this. We look forward to you joining us, whether in person or via live web stream!

Chair: Aaron Martin, Te Tari Ture o te Karauna Crown Law Office, Wellington
