Search and freezing orders are some of the most powerful weapons in the litigator’s arsenal. When they are called for they are generally needed on an urgent basis. Practitioners can add real value by having an awareness of the practical aspects of obtaining these orders and details involved in successfully obtaining, executing and navigating the post execution process.
